What payment forms do you take? For coaching programs, we take all major credit cards, ACH transfers, Venmo, Paypal, Link, and Afterpay (for some instances). For event tickets, we take all major credit cards and Venmo (in some instances).

What is your refund policy? Coaching programs are non-refundable. By committing to this process, you are following the program to see results. If there are any updates or changes to your goals, or the program is not working as you desire, we will communicate feedback together to address your desired goals better.

How will I receive my services? Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an email to activate your online training materials, access group trainings, and/or schedule your coaching sessions.

What is the cancellation policy for group sessions or coaching calls? Group sessions are scheduled in advance, allowing you to attend at your convenience. There will not be any makeup calls for missed group sessions. However, calls will be recorded for you to access at any time. For private one-on-one coaching calls, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
